Every day between 100-150 animals are abandoned at Animal Services.  Last year, over 34,000 pets were cared for at our shelter. The overpopulation crisis is not unique to our community. Millions of shelter pets are euthanized each year in our country because there are not enough homes for them.

• There are too many of them and not enough of us.  Please spay and neuter your pets.
   
• No two paws are alike. Make sure your pet has accurate identification at all times.

What do they all have in common? They are all homeless.
