    Q. Are reservations required? Are there any discounts or parking passes?
Can we pre-pay our parking fees?

    A. No reservations are required.

There are no discounts or parking passes for any of the parking facilities at
MIA, with the exception of disabled parking permit holders (see below).

There is no pre-pay parking available at MIA.

    Q. Disabled Parking?

    A. Disabled parking is available on the first and third levels of both Flamingo and
       Dolphin garages.

Free parking is available to disabled parking permit holders in the public
parking facilities at MIA, except in valet.

When you exit you must use one of our "CASH" lanes and the disabled permit
holder must be in the vehicle. Present the cashier with your ticket and the
       following documentation:
           1) The disabled parking permit holder's valid driver's license or state issued
           identification card.
           2) Valid disabled parking permit (Blue Placard).
           3) Disabled parking permit registration.
           4) Flight itinerary showing date of return to MIA (if more than one day).

The cashier will then fill out a special form that the permit holder must sign.
You will then be able to exit for free.

    Q. What forms of payment are accepted for parking?

    A. Cash, checks (drawn on US banks), American Express Travelers
Cheques and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
       and Diners).

    Q. Do you have “express” pay lanes at MIA?

    A. Yes we do, but currently only in Long-term (garages). Upon exiting use one of
our many “CREDIT CARD” lanes. Simply insert your ticket and then your credit
card into the ATM-style machine located on the exterior of the booth, take
your receipt upon completing the transaction (no signature needed), and exit.    It’s quick and it’s easy.

    Q. What can I do so that I don’t lose my ticket?

    A. Instead of taking a ticket at the entrance to the Long-term garages you
can insert your credit card at the entry ticket machine. Upon exiting simply
insert the same credit card at
the exit terminal, and you will be charged accordingly and allowed to exit.
No need to fear losing your ticket, and when used in conjunction with our
automated exit lanes exiting has never been quicker or easier.

    Q. In Economy Park & Ride is pick up and drop off at my car or is it at a
particular pick up points in the economy park and ride lot?

    A. Pick up and drop off from the shuttle occur at the shuttle shelters along the
fence separating the Economy lot from the employee parking area.

    Q. What happens if I park longer than 60 days in Long-term or Economy
Park & Ride, or 20 days in Short-term?

    A. Prior to reaching the 20 day or 60 day limit a letter will be sent to the
registered owner of the vehicle. If we receive no response to the letter the
vehicle will be towed away at the owner’s expense.

    Q. What level would I park on at the Short Term Parking if I want to pick up
a passenger at the baggage claim area?

    A. Upper Short-term is accessible via the departures level and Lower Short-term
is accessible on the arrivals level, (baggage claims is located on the arrivals
level), follow the signs that direct you into the lots.

International flights arrive via one of two customs areas located in either
concourse B or E. It is best to check with the airline before arriving at the
       airport.

Note: The Upper and Lower Short-term lots are very popular and have a
limited number of parking spaces.  There can sometimes be a wait of up to 20
minutes in order to enter the lots.  If either lot is full you will have the option
of parking in the Dolphin and Flamingo garages.  Both are the same distance
from the Customs E and Dolphin is the closest parking area to Customs B.

    Q. What is the address of the Miami Airport?

    A. The Miami Airport does not have an actual physical address. For driving
directions, MIA’s physical address is 4200 NW 21 St – Miami, Fl 33122.
