The Division’s primary responsibilities include: administering the Request for Proposals and Invitation to Bid procurement processes, administering MDAD's contracts and professional services agreements, maintaining MDAD's on-line systems, monitoring MDAD's utilization of misc. consultants and updating the County's contract information report, etc.
