American Eagle Launches New Service from Miami to Cozumel, Mexico

FORT WORTH, Texas, March 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Eagle,
the regional affiliate of American Airlines, a founding member of the
global oneworld(R) Alliance, today begins nonstop service between Miami
International Airport and Cozumel International Airport.
American Eagle will operate one daily round trip between the two
cities, using its 64-seat ATR72 turbo-prop aircraft. Cozumel is American
Eagle's eighth destination in Mexico and its first to be served from Miami.
"American Eagle is pleased to connect Miami with our newest destination
in Mexico," said Pedro Fabregas, Vice President of Finance and Planning for
Executive Airlines, which flies as American Eagle in Florida, the
Caribbean, and the Bahamas. "This is the first nonstop service to connect
the two cities, and it will allow travelers direct access to the great
resorts and outdoor activities in Cozumel."
The schedule for the new service is as follows (all times local):
