Lost or Stolen ID Badges:   Companies or individuals are responsible for immediately reporting a lost or stolen ID badge to the Miami-Dade Aviation Department ID Section at (305) 876-7188.

SIDA Computer Based Training (CBT):

Computer-based training (CBT) will be conducted Monday through Friday (excluding County-observed holidays) 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM on a fist come first serve bases  in the Credentialing Section CBT classroom. Training modules will be offered in English and Spanish and meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
Credentialing staff will send email approval notifications to company signatories confirming scheduled appointments (date/time) for new employees. Applicants must present a copy of the email notification at the time of their scheduled CBT SIDA/Behavioral Detection training session. Attendees may use their own wired headsets but Bluetooth devices are not permitted. No electronic devices may be operated after entering the CBT room.

Applicants are required to check in at the front window (station #4) of the Credentialing Section for identity and U.S. employment eligibility (U.S. Passport or Permanent Resident Card, Social Security Card, state-issued Driver’s License/ID) document screening. Applicants who are successfully screened will be allowed to proceed into the CBT room where they will be given instructions by the MDAD proctor.

SIDA training is facilitated in the SITA Computer Based Training room.
