The Miami-Dade Aviation Department, operator of MIA, continually works to expand and diversify MIA’s global air route network for passenger and air cargo services, with the goal of strengthening Greater Miami through increased tourism, trade and commerce.
The airport’s Air Service Development (ASD) division leads this effort daily, meeting regularly with airline decision makers, attending global industry conferences, engaging with trade and tourism officials abroad and closely collaborating with the airport’s cargo community.
