What is "I AM MIA?"

I AM MIA is a program that focuses on workforce development and enhancing the customer experience. Miami International Airport is comprised of more than 37,000 employees who are your neighbors and your family. Each of our employees is empowered with the mission of providing our guests with excellent service so that they can get to their final destination feeling relaxed and at ease.
